Shooting in direct sunlight? No Flash? What the hell was I doing?
I was shooting the hell outta the lovely Ms. Reynolds here.
It was a good experience, I like to control my light, bend it to my will. But this was all about using one lens (50mm), and interacting with the model, working WITH them, not just shooting them.
Good times.
Meet Rosy - The second model we got to shoot at Garage Studios Studio Lighting taster session. Absolute star, who was up for a bit of fun. (Sorry for starting the whole “Hair-flicking” thing, my bad.. totally.)

Finally we can release the images i shot for Brighton Fashion Week. The whole shoot will be on the Garage Blog in a hot minute, and we will have background sketches, storyboard etc as a seperate post very soon. This is Georgina Bevan from Storm, who is going to be huge….

Verbally abused by a crazy lady in London yesterday…
Took a trip up to London and spent some time in Old Spitalfield Market - as I was walking back to Liverpool Street station, I thought the scene in front of me would make for a decent shot. some nice semi-silhouettes, with the late afternoon sun streming through the buildings ahead.
The lady in the yellow seemed to disagree, because no sooner had I taken the picture I found myself on the receiving end of “Fucking vogue photographer!! Fuck! ShitHead!” as she gave me the finger and scurried by.
A little confused I turned and said “excuse me?” and the response I get? The woman throws her hands up to the sky and runs away screaming at the top of her lungs “Fuck! Fuck! Fuuuuuckkk!!”
I miss living in London for the crazies…
